My services:
My private teaching roooms are in Forest Row, East Sussex and I am available for lessons Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Please click here for a location map.
The first appointment is one hour long, and subsequent lesssons are 45 minutes. There is no need to remove clothing at any point during the lesson.
The first lesson is a good opportunity to experience the Technique fully. At the end of one lesson you will be in a good position to determine whether you would like to continue on with a course of lessons.
